ASSISTANT PACKAGE | $850

Directing of Rehearsal and Ceremony with a point of contact for your Reception; Comes with 1 Assistant.

  • Consultation meeting and site visit to review details and plans for the rehearsal and wedding day
  • Attend, coordinate, and assist with ceremony rehearsal as needed
  • Distribution of flowers to key participants, assist with any last minute decorating, oversee distribution of programs
  • Organize family and bridal party for ceremony, cue musicians and direct processional 
  • Greet vendors and instruct set up, i.e., wedding band, florist, and caterer
  • Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline
  • Set up guest book and pen, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils
  • Cue band, photographer, and videographer when important events take place at reception, i.e., first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss

Need someone just to decorate?

  • Up to 20 tables, 150 chairs and 3 stations (cake table, altar, guest book sign in, etc.)
  • Dress the tables and chairs with the provided linen
  • Place client provided centerpieces
  • Decorate 3 stations with client provided decor

 

COORDINATORS PACKAGE | $350

Let us be the point of contact for your Reception.

  • Greet vendors and instruct set up, i.e., wedding band, florist, and caterer
  • Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline
  • Set up guest book and pen, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils
  • Cue band, photographer, and videographer when important events take place at reception, i.e., first dance, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss
